The Habichtswaldsteig is a hiking trail for connoisseurs: you walk along the most beautiful points of the Habichtswald from Zierenberg via Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe and Naumburg to the Edersee, where you will encounter fairy tales again and again in the adoptive home of the Brothers Grimm: rustic castles, enchanted forests, dreamy lakes, mysterious gorges and fantastic views.
The walking guide describes the 85 km long route in four stages and also presents the eight additional tours, circular walks of 10 to 17 km in length. Accurate maps, elevation profiles and GPX files help with orientation. For each stage you will also find tips about accommodation options and information about special features along the route.
